Check Registers

In an effort to ensure open and honest communication with the public, the District’s monthly check registers are posted online. These registers, in combination with the budget information posted online, will allow individual users to see how budgeted funds are being spent throughout the operating year. Each check register is presented in a spreadsheet format to enable the user to search for a specific vendor.
After the close of each fiscal year, we have elected to remove the monthly check registers and replace them with an annual check register. Having a single register should enable a more efficient review of the issued checks.
