        • Select 1 for Help Desk assistance and technical support.
        • In the event a support technician is unavailable, please leave a detailed message and an email will be generated to notify the technology team of your issue.

      Help Requests

      • Opening Help Request Ticket

        1. 4 adults holding mobile devicesFrom the WISD homepage, navigate to the For Staff channel.
        2. Select Help Desk.
        3. Log in with the same credentials used on district devices.
        4. Multi-factor authentication may prompt ID verification. If so, enter the code.
        5. Select Submit a Ticket on the right, or
        6. Click the New Request icon in the upper right toolbar.
        7. Fill in the required fields.
        8. Click Add Request.
        9. Technology requests originating in Eduphoria are not supported.
