  • gif reads thank you to our dedicated staffThe Waxahachie ISD Nutrition team is dedicated to enhancing our student's education by providing nutritious quality meals.  Nutrition Services participates in the National School Breakfast and Lunch programs which are governed by the United States Department of Agriculture.

    To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online on the USDA website, and at any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA.  The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
