    • School-Day Assessment Opportunities for Juniors

      • SAT: March 2, 2022
      • ACT: March 8, 2022
      • Registration Deadline:  Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at 4 pm

      Waxahachie High School is proud to offer current WHS juniors ONE FREE school-day college entrance exam.  WHS juniors can choose from the following optional school-day exams:        

      • School-Day SAT, scheduled for Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at Waxahachie High School
      • School Day-ACT, scheduled for Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at Waxahachie High School
      • WHS juniors may also elect to participate in BOTH of these testing opportunities; however, they will be required to pay $35.00 to participate in the second school-day exam.  

      Cost Savings

      Students traditionally pay up to $55.00 to take a Saturday SAT and $60.00 to take a Saturday ACT. This optional school-day testing opportunity will provide WHS juniors one exam for free, or they can take BOTH exams for $35.00, a savings of $80.00!

      Scores resulting from these testing opportunities can be utilized for college admission purposes.

      How do I Register?

      WHS juniors must complete the registration process, utilizing the registration link below, before Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. and juniors who choose to take BOTH exams must also pay the $35 testing fee utilizing the payment link below. Full payment for the second exam must be completed before Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at 4:00 p.m., or your second test, the Tuesday, March 8, School-Day ACT, will NOT be ordered.

      Online payments are for students opting to take both school-day exams
      No payment is required for WHS juniors that opt to take just one of these exams. 

      Registration Deadline:  

      WHS juniors must complete the registration process (and payment, if necessary) before Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at 4:00 p.m.   No exceptions!  Once the registration window closes, we will place the order for the testing materials.  For that reason, we will be unable to accept any late registrations, late payments, or cancelations.

      Communicating with Testers:

      WHS juniors who register for either/both of these optional school-day testing opportunities will be contacted via their WISD school email address about important information regarding these exams.  Students are responsible for monitoring their student email account for these important messages.

      We encourage students to prepare for these exams.
