In addition to basic details about your child, parents or guardians need to present the following documents to complete the registration process:

• New Student Enrollment Forms
• Birth Certificate (certified copy)
• Social Security Card
• Immunization Records and/or Exemption Documentation
• Proof of Residency within WISD boundaries. Acceptable documents include a utility bill (electric, water, gas), a lease agreement, or a mortgage statement. Alternatively, present the notarized Legal Residency form if living with a district resident.
• Driver’s License of the enrolling parent or guardian
