On February 10, 2025, during the scheduled WISD School Board meeting, the Trustees unanimously voted to hire Walsh Gallegos to assist them in their search for the next WISD Superintendent. It was stated that gathering community input was of utmost importance to the process. To retrieve this information, Walsh Gallegos has provided a survey for the district to share online with their staff, WISD families, and the community at large. The survey will close at 11:59 p.m. on March 14, 2025.
Dr. Ann Dixon with Walsh Gallegos will be leading the extensive search process, which will include community input, application review, interviews, and finally, the selection of our next WISD Superintendent.
