Conflicts of Interest

Pursuant to TEX. LOC. GOV'T CODE § 176.009, Waxahachie ISD must provide access to Chapter 176 statements filed by officials and vendor questionnaires filed on the District's website.  Adjacent is the list of all Conflict of Interest Questionnaire Forms and Local Government Officer Conflicts Disclosure Statement Forms submitted to Waxahachie ISD.
