Speak at a Board Meeting
Share your voice with the Board of Trustees. Register online in advance or sign up in person before meetings to participate in Open Forum.
Waxahachie ISD is excited to introduce updated sign-up options for individuals who wish to address the Board of Trustees during Open Forum.
Community members may now register to speak online beginning when the meeting agenda is posted and continuing until 24 hours before the meeting, providing a convenient option to sign up in advance. Speakers may also continue to register in person up to 15 minutes before the start of the meeting. This update to the Board's Operating Procedures is designed to streamline the registration process, improve meeting preparation, and provide flexible options for community members who wish to participate in the governance process.
Waxahachie ISD values public engagement and encourages community members to stay involved and share their perspectives with the Board of Trustees.
