WISD Superintendent Becky McCutchen said, “Jacob Perry’s appointment as Assistant Superintendent of Secondary Learning reflects over 25 years of dedicated service in education, where he has excelled in roles ranging from teacher and coach to principal and district leader. I am proud to work alongside him as he guides our secondary campus leaders to success.”

Mr. Perry said, “Words can’t express how excited I am for the opportunity to serve the students, staff and community of WISD as the Assistant Superintendent of Secondary Learning. Waxahachie is home to my family and I consider it the biggest honor to have this opportunity to serve and assist. I can’t wait to start working alongside our leaders, staff, and families at our secondary campuses.”
