Environmental Analysis of WHS Property

In 2015, Waxahachie ISD retained a professional engineer to conduct an environmental analysis before purchase.  The engineer who performed the analysis recommended no further remedial action.

Waxahachie ISD retained another professional engineer to perform a structural analysis of the soil before construction, who identified no concerns regarding the land for the suitability of construction.

TCEQ has been allowed to analyze all potential concerns and has not recommended any additional action. Waxahachie ISD has not been presented with any evidence generated by a professional engineer or certified environmentalist to indicate that additional environmental testing is necessary at this time.  Therefore, there have been no further tests.
