Public Education Grant

Each year, the Texas Education Agency provides school districts with an updated list of campuses designated under the PEG program. Based on preliminary annual ratings released in August, districts are required to notify all parents whose children are assigned to a campus appearing on the PEG List, unless otherwise instructed by the TEA. Parents who receive such notification may request a transfer for their child for the upcoming school year.

If your child attends a school identified as a PEG campus, you may request a PEG transfer application at any time during the academic year by contacting the school and completing the necessary transfer request form.

To initiate a PEG transfer, parents are required to fill out and submit the PEG Transfer Request form. The completed application may be sent via mail, email, or fax to the appropriate office for processing.
