House Bill 5 Community | Student Engagement & Accountability Ratings
As required by TEC §39.0545 (House Bill 5, 83rd Texas Legislature, 2013), districts were required to assign a performance rating of exemplary, recognized, acceptable, or unacceptable to the district and each campus based on locally-determined criteria. Districts were required to publish the locally-assigned accountability ratings on their district website.
All Statutory Reporting and Policy Compliance ratings for the district and campuses are “1(s).”
