Wedgeworth celebrates Hispanic heritage with wax museum

Wedgeworth Elementary 5th Grade Dual-Language classes hosted a Wax Museum to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. More than 676 people visited the Wax Museum to learn about famous Hispanic people!

The students went above and beyond with this project and brought their figures to life with costumes, wigs, and even homemade props. Shoutout to the incredible Fifth Grade Dual-Language team for all of their work and dedication to make this event so amazing! Thank you to Laura Villareal for decorating the entrance, and thanks to kindergarten teachers Mrs. Tosch and Mrs. Trevino for contributing student-created posters representing different countries.
