WHS drama department advances to UIL One-Act Play State Championships

Congratulations to the Waxahachie High School drama department for being named UIL One-Act Play Region II-6A Champions.

This was the sixth occasion that Waxahachie High School has captured the regional title. With their production of “Blue Stockings,” WHS will advance to the UIL State One-Act Play Championships on April 30 - May 1. WHS was the unique opportunity to perform at the state level at home as the Waxahachie ISD Performing Arts Center was selected to host the 6A One-Act Play State Championships.
