Fair Information
Administrators from every campus
in Waxahachie ISD will be available to meet and talk with you about
the opportunity to teach for the district. All certified
teachers, counselors, librarians, and other educational
professionals are invited to attend. Certified refers to
applicants who hold a standard, provisional or professional Texas
Certification. Those who are certified in other states may
apply with the provision that their credentials will be reviewed by
SBEC prior to May 2008.
If you will be completing a
Texas university teaching program and you will be certified by
the start of the 2008-2009 school year, you are invited to
attend the WISD Job Fair.
Alternative
Certification Candidates:
Applicants
who are currently accepted into an alternative certification
program and will receive a “statement of eligibility” are also
invited to attend.
****Candidates
are asked to fill out
the online job application
prior to attending the job fair.
Candidates are asked to bring
multiple copies of his/her resumes, teaching certificate or college
letter of anticipated completion.
PLEASE NOTE - There will be no
Xerox machines available at the WISD Job Fair.
